PR card mailed but not received

Hi guys,
I need your opinion here. GCkey shows that my card is approved in Nov 25 and mailed.

I still didn't receive it. I do have 2 questions

1) Approval date = Mailing date ?
2) it's normal that it has been 4 weeks after mailing but not received ( Post office takes 3 days maximum within Canada).

Your help will be appreciated

I have had similar experience where I didnt receive my card even after 3 weeks of mailing. When I called IRCC to know the status, I was informed that the card was returned to them because the address I provided was underivable ( that was strange). I suggest you to call IRCC and see if its the same with you.

hi, im in the same boat
PR card approved on 30th Nov. but still didnt receive.
Is there a way to check online if the address was correct?
