I applied for the PR card on 24 September 2022 using https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/ and have not heard from them ever since. Is everyone else applying using this new portal? Has someone successfully received the card after the urgent processing request?

This was recommended by my immigration consultant friend in Canada. He said I can't do family sponsorship when my son is in Canada physically – some of his applications were rejected and he had to reapply on H&C.

I can confirm I have the same issue. My family of 4 are PRs, residing in Singapore. I applied for my fifth baby's TRV using the GCKey portal (my personal account) stating all the reasons for travel etc (we are moving permanently there in June). I applied on Feb 20, 2022, but still waiting...

I think it was CPC-Ottawa, because all the request for docs were providing an alternative email that has CPC-Ottawa in it.

I got a similar request as well and it was asking to fill out a PDF form right in the Express Entry system PDF message file. I had to then upload this PDF to the system as an additional document.
