PR card have not arrived yet!!!! please guys advice me

Its been two months since I did the landing and still no PR crad in the mail,should I be worried? who do I phone or contact to check thing out with them?

Processing time is currently 63 days. You also need to factor in mailing time. So if it's been exactly two months, wait a bit longer.

You don't have a choice, but to wait.

Like PMM said, you have no choice but to wait. It's no surprised you haven't received the card yet - you're under the posted processing time. I would guess that you should have it in a week and a half to two weeks.

ok contact the call center immediately. it happened with my sister and mother. they landed in feb. but haven't recieved the card. so we waited the said time even week after that and then when contacted the call center agent said there was an issue with photo's so we sent the pictures again and finally my sister got the pr last week. on june 7, 2013 finally. we are still waiting for my mother's card.
so just call them and they will let you know what's happening with your pr card? but don't waste time as we did even for a week as they will not contact you by themselves.
