I also got the mail but couldn't pick it up before 10th January. I am currently hoping it will arrive in the mail soonest. I will update the group of any information.

My guess (somewhat educated) is that anyone in IRCC that us mortals may find to speak to would have absolutely no idea how the mail room works and when things are actually handed over to Canada Post. Certainly not the call centre.

IRCC's more than 10,000 employees, multiple offices, paperwork and archive intensive and does everything from mass mailings to individuals to handling things sent by diplomatic couriers (to the visa offices in embassies and consulates). One-off things like dealing with this might end up in queue of urgent tasks while they re-start and handle the backlog.
Nope, however i did call them and they told me to send a reply to the email that asked me to pick my card.

But that email is a do not reply address right? And what to reply on that email please guide?

So did you send an email?
The email that I got was from WST-CitizenshipClient-Notification@cic.gc.ca. This email I guess is for the Vancouver ircc office. I just replied to that email: -

Hi There,

On DATE, I got a mail through this Address, regarding the option to pick up my PR Card (Application Number - ) on DATE. I would like to inform that I was not able to pick up the card in person and hence, would really appreciate if the card can be delivered to the address "ADDRESS".

If possible, please do inform when the card has been sent out or if any further information is required.

Thank you so much!

What did the automated response say? Thanks so much. I checked my mail too. The pick up letter came from a do not reply mail. So I can't send anything

Hey Guys, been following this tread as I was in the same situation like you. I got the pick up letter and didn't pick up and was waiting for the card to be mailed to me. I just recieved now my card at home. From toronto by the way and my card supposedly was at the Scarborough office. Didn't do anything other than wait as per the direction in their letter. Hope this brings a bit of hope to those in the same situation and still waiting
