I want to share with you all my story...i got married to my canadian citizen wife on 19 jan 2013..we were in contact for more than year before our marriage..after marriage she applied for me but it took more time due to strike in canadian embassy and i got my visa in may 2014. On 1st july i reached canada vancuover where she is living..but she did not appear at airport..when i reached her home she was completely changed person and did not allow me to enter her home. I tried to convince her but she refused and asked for divorce. We have a daughter from our marriage and she did not even allow me to see my daughter even once. Heartbroken after 10 days spending with relatives i left for toronto and stay with my friend and did efforts on my own. In september 2014 i have to leave for india because my father was seriously ill. Now i am in india from september onwards . She has ruined my career because i left my government job to be with her before leaving for canada. She has my PR card. I have only my landing papers.. please i request all of you to help me ..i want to go back to canada if possible meet my daughter..please guide me how to proceed.. i dont know whether she has applied for divorce or not ..may be she is waiting for one year seperation..ALSO give me contacts or links if possible to contact a good lawyer in british columbia to deal with all this...this is the question of my career and life !!

Problem with conditional PR is you have to stay with your wife for 2 years.Or she can deport you.

Conditional PR is for couples without children together. In your case you have a child with her.So its strange that you got conditional PR.Tell your lawyer about it.
