PR car renewal Urgent process

Hi iam going on june 6th and i booked ticket but my pr card is expired i want to renew my pr urgent how much time it will take any idea please tell me my mother is in hospital and i have to leave canada edmonton on june 6th

Apply ASAP

send application march 17th
received march 19th
started processing april 2nd
card approved on april 14th
mailed to local office on april 17th.
after that soo far nothing from them, no letter no call.
i just had to walk in to etobicoke office and tell them i need my card as my travel date is may1st, luckily they had my card.
card recived april 29th.
