In vijayawada, I was doing my bachelors then
Oh okay. Have you reached out to IRCC? Have you received any update from your research how to tackle this situation? as PCC is for PAN india and not for an individual state. Any BTW which stream did you apply your PR (TR to PR pathway, CEC or PNP?

I’m trying to reach ircc but they always disconnect my call saying the wait lines are high . And I spoke to bls they told the pcc I have is applicable since my birth as I’m citizen of India

BLS is right. Send an email to them to look into this issue apart from calling them. Which stream did you apply for PR?

I had applied through cec stream , bls told me to email Indian consulate . I mailed Indian consulate with both my pcc and ircc rejection letter and explained my situation . Awaiting their reply

Have you evaluated your bachelors degrees of Vijaywada through WES and claimed points in CRS for your CEC application? Will check with immigration lawyer for possibilities in this issue.

Yes mike I have included my wes report
So let me understand. You had a passport which you perhaps renewed and then applied for PCC and got one with date mentioned of the passport. IRCC is now saying that your PCC is not there for the time period of earlier (now expired) passport? WTF?

If what you are saying is correct then how come one apply for a PCC if he gets his passport after age of 18? If PCC is only covering your time from the issue of your passport then that means if you did not have a passport from the age of 18, you are basically screwed!

After looking into your rejection, it seems, in your background information you have mentioned that during 08 September 2012 till 23 Aug 2015 you were living in India. They want PCC for that. Can you go back and post your background or your residence history? I think that is the reason of confusion.

Order GCMS notes and challenge this decision.

Are you in Canada? You are CEC but are you currently in Canada?

If you are then its free to apply for GCMS notes. You need to raise something called an ATIP request which is essentially very similar to RTI request in India. Here is how to do it :

Hi yesterday my pr was cancelled stating that my application is incomplete and shown reason as my Indian pcc
My first passport was issued at my age of 21. And my Indian pcc mentions my passport issued date . Now ircc is asking for my Indian pcc from my age of 18
Please do help me in this issue
Does Indian pcc have any particular duration or they give clearance since we became major to the date we applied

Have you received response from IRCC?
