There is a difference in wordings...in ip1 it is your application is in process and in ip2 it is we are processing ur background check... I thnk so

I have came to know about two websites through which we can apply gcms. Ie
Applygcms.Com and getgcms.Com

Getgcms is better as they have better security protocols and are compliant to PDPA. They charge 20 cad. I ordered through a Canadian PR through cic website directly and the cost is 5 cad.
