My employer (govt contractual) will not be happy if I leave. Even the colleagues will be jealous and try to do harm. If I give notice I am sure they will create an unhealthy environment. Can anyone help

1) What will happen if I leave without notice and send them resignation after landing?
2) If I give notice can they in any case stop me from going to Canada? Also I do have a clean record.

Once you have a COPR, no one can stop you from travelling. Resign, live peacefully, (maybe don't tell your colleagues) and plan accordingly.

if you are lucky, within 2 weeks.

PPR batches run from monday to saturday

Wow, that was fast. Just 12 days from IP (1) to IP (2). Mostly it takes about 35-40 days from IP (1) to IP (2). Congrats.

Based on Immitracker dates, it should take about 1-2 weeks from IP (2) to PPR. So you can expect to get PPR by end of this week (best case) or end of next week (worst case).

Will have to send passport at Ottawa. Or Ndvo

What's the process? Ircc agent I spoke to said I need to reply to ppr mail saying I can't sent to Ottawa.
