Just lost my vocabulary. Its funny that I received my PPR while I was in restroom !
Wait is the worst pain but its just impossible to predict how CIC works.
Tracker predicted the date to be 9th June and was perfect. Few tips for all:

1) Update the tracker as that will help you to predict dates for your own case. More valid data leads to better prediction.
2) Try to call CIC to find out about your eligibility after status change to NA. If its pass or recommended pass do not worry (provided you do not have any bad background record or misrepresented yourself). Rest is wait wait and wait !

I have received my stamped passport from NDVO today morning. I opted for pick-up. My EE profile still shows below status. Is it normal ? When will it change to decision made ?

Even my passport are with NDVO. I submitted them on 29 May. Me too getting the same message. Seems some issue within CIC. Many people are seeing same message.

I submitted my passport at VFS Delhi on 6th June and received the stamped passport on 9th June.However, I am still getting In-progress status in BG check and Final Decision.

Just wanted to share that submitted my passport at vfs ahmedabad some time ago. It was a smooth less than 15 minutes process. Have been told to expect my passport back in 10-12 working days.
A colleague's family member too submitted last week and was given a 10 day time span but recieved it in exactly a week. Hoping for the same.

No not yet, when I track it, it states that it is being processed at ndvo. It has not yet been a week as I recieved an email and SMS stating ndvo recieved it Monday afternoon. So I can hope but I don't expect it before Monday at the earliest.

bikecan got it 4 days. You never know when it comes to NDVO. Just dont understand what they do. Now their only job is to put stamp.

Yes that's true but he is located in Delhi itself. Those from right there seem to go quite fast. Given I was cautioned that it would take 3 weeks (a friend had gone through that time frame for stamping) Even if it does take 10-12 days as told by the vfs consultants, I would still take it as a win.
