I dropped an email to CPC id which was forwarded to NDVO and I got the same generic reply as I got 15 days ago that your file is pending Visa Officer review.. This is beyond frustration. Will it kill them to share some more meaningful status or timelines??

you are still WELL BELOW the cutoff threshold for 6 months...
only if it passes 180 days then they are liable to give a proper answer, otherwise you should be happy they even gave you a generic one lol

Believe me the wait can be beyond frustrating but can't do much except submit everything on your end and hope things move in your favor! Only consolation is we are all in this with you in the waiting game

Just wanted to share that submitted my passport at vfs ahmedabad some time ago. It was a smooth less than 15 minutes process. Have been told to expect my passport back in 10-12 working days.
A colleague's family member too submitted last week and was given a 10 day time span but recieved it in exactly a week. Hoping for the same.

Just lost my vocabulary. Its funny that I received my PPR while I was in restroom !
Wait is the worst pain but its just impossible to predict how CIC works.
Tracker predicted the PPR date to be 9th June and was perfect. Few tips for all:
1) Update the tracker as that will help you to predict dates for your own case. More valid data leads to better prediction.
2) Try to call CIC to find out about your eligibility after status change to NA. If its pass or recommended pass do not worry (provided you do not have any bad background record or misrepresented yourself). Rest is wait wait and wait !
Thanks to Raj, Andy, rg74, people who received PPR around 1st March and everyone who are helping others selflessly !
