My friends, June applicants are still waiting here :( .... NDVO had lastly worked at a full pace in September and October first week, after that no pace at all ... Hope they will work soon, awaiting for their full pace and speedy pprs to applicants 8)

You cannot be implying that all June applicants from NDVO are yet to receive PPR?

Yeah, moderator1983 could have a point because I am thinking maybe some cases are moving slow while others are going at a normal pace? No idea.

Hey guys - I wanted to take time and share with you guys my medical examination journey :

On the day of medical exam, my BP was showing high metrics (~150). I was asked to undergo ECG, which I did. Meanwhile, they said they will determine the Creatanine levels from the blood sample.

One week later, I received an email where I was asked to undergo check up under cardiologist. The name and clinic was mentioned on the reference letter which I had to take a go when I go for check up.

On my day of appointment, the cardiologist again took my BP. It was about ~140, but still a borderline case. I was asked for the following test reports :

1. CBC, ESR
2. Creatinine
3. HbA1C
4. Lipid Profile
5. LFT
6. Urine routine
7. Echo
8. USG KUB with renal arterial doppler
9. Chest X-Ray (front view)
10. Stress Test

It took me one week, but I got all the reports and thank god - EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL :D ;D

The doctor has compiled the report and has submitted to the clinic, which the clinic has uploaded via e-medical yesterday.

Now that I had to undergo this many tests, will getting the medical clearance be delayed?

IMO travel history does not make much of a difference except for a few countries.
NDVO was supposedly one of the fastest in processing PR applications if we go back in time. Then, also there would have been folks travelling but still getting the PR on time.
Know a few who got PR in less than 4 months having decent travel history.
Number of countries visited can increase the time by a month but not this much as we see now.

That's good to know, probably it's the backlog which is leading to delays then.
I'm also SK PNP from Delhi, we can stay in touch as I'm expecting to land as soon as I get PR.

This is sad. I personally haven't heard of any PNP-O applicant receive PPR lately from NDVO. It is scary to even think how many applications would have been piled up. I hope that applicants from March/April 2016 start getting their PPRs from NDVO ASAP!

Skhanna, what is the status of your BG checks? Could you please tell us how it progressed?

Medicals passed: 14-06-2016
Background check : Not started to Not needed at this time 15-07-2016
File transferred to NDVO 18th July 2016

Ordered GCMS On September 24th and received the notes on November 10. Criminality passed and all other criteria met. Security not started as on 10-11-2016. Case analyst recommendation : Ready to finalise.

No updates post that on my file

Yup - this pattern of progress appears to be common to most PNP applicants whose applications were sent to NDVO. I am unsure how these many applications are just collecting dust without progress. Not all applications will take so much time to get processed. Hopefully, we'll see a LOT of PPRs issued in batches soon.

Good luck!

Can't understand what's taking it too long for NDVO to work on applications.
