Yeah.. My PNP is expiring on Jan 26th... Don't know what to do if it expires...

Guys it doesn't matter your nomination expires, AFAIK. Once you get the ITA after nomination and you submit the application before it expires, you are good to go.

I think you dont need to worry as long as your application is in process with CIC. The Expiry date on PNP means you have to apply to CIC before your PNP expires.
Atleast thats the case, when someone with PNP apply under economic stream

what happens if PR application gets rejected after PNP expiration. It is rare case but looking for options in this case.

In that case, you might have to re-apply for nomination.

Can we ask our province to extend nomination until we receive PR? It ll b very difficult for all of us to get rejection after PNP expiry. Perhaps, we may not be getting another ITA soon.

I posted this question in another thread but thought it's more relevant to ask it here. Apologies for duplicate posts.

I received PNP nomination and in process of preparing documents for ITA. Just wondering if it's okay to send a job reference letter to CIC that is different from the one that I sent to PNP? The difference would be one or two duties added to match more closely with the NOC code.

Or should I submit the same letter I sent to PNP and assume that since PNP is satisfied with the duties in the previous letter then so would CIC?
The previous letter I sent to PNP matches the lead statement and about 50% of duties (noc 2174)

In my opinion, its completely fine(even better) to send an updated letter to CIC.CIC typically look for the duties to match your NOC code.

Hi,
Did you receive an email to check your mycic for that?

Hi Patica. No, i did not receive any email. I just thought of checking my MyCIC account for the nth time then it shows "updated" on my PR app. When I opened it the medical says "passed". ;D ;D ;D

I have submitted my Application on NOV 27 and Timeline shows Medical status as " Not needed at this time" and Background check : "Not Started"

Not sure why Medical states "Not needed at this time"

I called CIC and they mentioned cannot provide any information on documents.

Same here, and I submitted 2 weeks earlier than you. I inquired at my clinic, and they gave me an updated e-Medical form which shows me the date they submitted the report to CIC (2 weeks after I did my medical).

I did not get a Schedule 4/4A request. Have you? Or has anyone tried submitting those via CSE even if they haven't been requested yet?

I have got Schedule 4/4A submitted on Dec 7 and submitted same day but no update later after that. Strange status is not even changed to "Not Started"

I didn't use CSE, I added Sched 4/4A with my LOE. Haven't been asked for it so far.
However, I've paid my RPRF and sent via CSE, i'm keen to know if they have accepted it.
