India and visa office is new Delhi.. Got msg in my cic account just half an hr ago
 
Visa office in India.. They are really fast and I remember the FSW Outland guys who got PPR in 6 days and 13 days where also from India.. :) They should send all PNP applications to India if they have work load :P

There is no such patterns thats established..most of the inland guys from July are still waiting..in the past some of PNP outland have got PPR from Jul/Aug/Sep months..but the count of inland CEC getting PPR is quite minimal till now..

This is so frustrating when SEP & OCT PNP guys are getting PPRs(no jealousy) and July & Aug PNPs are still waiting for PPR.... finding fault with the system...

Drives me up the wall. This wait in unbearable.
 
And I don't believe them when they say that some applications take longer to assess...There is NO WAY that it takes longer to assess a Canadian diploma and a work reference letter from a Canadian employer than someone from outside of Canada! This is bul**censored word*. I am sure that some of the managers told not to assess our appplications and put them aside.
