PR Application Transferred From Ottawa to Visa office outside Canada (New Delhi)

Folks got my PPR last week without the file getting transferred to Delhi despite of adding my wife mid way into my application and she residing in India. So I am not sure for all these scenarios the file gets transferred.

I am clueless as well. One question, so did your wife got the PPR in India rather than in Canada?

@leothelion123 - Also, reading through this forum I realize, perhaps where and when CIC wanted to confirm marriage and relationship they forwarded the application abroad.
in your case, I learn from your post, they have asked to add your daughter..this might have helped them confirm your relationship.

In all case, it is great you have avoided this lethargic process of getting the files transferred abroad.

We all got the PPR request to send it to Ottawa office and I have now emailed them to undertake the printing at New Delhi office.
