PR application returned

Hey there, so I electronically signed one of my forms but I guess that isn't good enough, because it got returned. I assumed it would work fine since I could electronically sign for all my visitor extensions, but oh well.

It says once we fix this we can resubmit. Do we have to repay any fees? Also, should I reprint the page that was electronically signed, or just sign beside the electronic signature?

Also, do I need to redate and signature all my papers?? Or do I need to redate the new paper that previous was the electronic signature? Or can I leave the old dates? Thank you in advance for anyone willing to give me a bit of help!
