PR application returned by IRCC

Dear All,
I am a married women, my divorce case is pending before the Family Court Mumbai, I moved to Canada 2 years ago and working here, I filed my PR. IRCC returned my application and want my non-accompanying 19 year old daughter’s passport details, original date of birth certificate and her photograph. I am not in touch with my husband and my daughter for last 11 years, I am not able to provide all these details. I need help how to proceed.

You can obtain the original date of her birth certificate from the archives in a place where it was issued. As for her passport copy and photograph, provide a signed and dated letter of explanation detailing your personal circumstances due to which you cannot obtain those documents.
