Добре, з цим розібралися. А де вказано, що Канада безкінечно видаватиме українцям відкриті трирічні дозволи на роботу без привʼязки до конкретного роботодавця?

You can obtain the original date of her birth certificate from the archives in a place where it was issued. As for her passport copy and photograph, provide a signed and dated letter of explanation detailing your personal circumstances due to which you cannot obtain those documents.

Цей новий дозвіл на роботу, виданий після 31 липня, також буде відкритим (не привʼязаним до конкретного роботодавця) і трирічним?

Лише до 31 липня 2024 року. Потім видача дозволів на роботу за програмою CUAET припиняється взагалі - як зсередини Канади, так і в прикордонних пунктах. Що робити тим, в кого дозвіл на роботу закінчиться після 31 липня, а рішення по PR ще не буде прийняте?

На якій підставі? Подача на нові дозволи на роботу за цією програмою зсередини Канади закрита з 31 березня 2024 року.

А що робити, якщо закінчиться термін дії дозволу на роботу за програмою CUAET, а рішення по PR ще не буде прийняте?

Це дивно, бо ми замовили нотатки GCMS, де вказано, що в нас триває перевірка на несудимість (criminality check in progress), однак номер кейсу досі залишається тимчасовим.

А коли подавалися?

Вже хтось отримав постійний номер кейсу з вашої практики за цією програмою?

We did not get the AOR number but we did get a temporary application number. You might want to email IRCC via their web-form with your details and request one. Using that number, you can order the internal processing notes for your application at...

The same for us - we applied on December 23 last year and still nothing.

No, cancelling and re-applying will only prolong the process. You can order your case officer’s internal processing notes at https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do which will hopefully reveal the reason for your visa’s delayed processing. Not much else you can do otherwise.

You can go to India and can even get your visa stamped there but won’t be able to return back to Canada until your TRV application is approved and the visa is issued.

Has anyone received it yet? We applied on December 23, 2023 and have not even been assigned a permanent application number.
