PR application Refusal due to the PCC not Covered for the entire stay in Qatar

I am Suhas, i am from India and i work in Qatar. By the grace of god i had received my nomination from AINP and recieved ITA also after that on 10.05.2019. I submitted my document and recieved AOR on 20.06.2019. My appliation has been rejected by IRCC due to PCC not covering up the entire duration of stay in Qatar. I was on a Business visa for a year (due to the shortage of Indian Visas). Then after a year when Indian visas were available the company transfered me to Employment visa. And i can get PCC only from the time i have received the employment visa. Qatar goverment does not issue PCC for the time i was on business visa. Can i send IRCC to reconsider my application with a letter of explanation stating the reason why i can not submit the PCC for the time i was on business visa? Also provide adequate proofs like employment letter passport stamp from immigration etc. And also it is sad that AINP does not transfer nominations. Hence i can not claim point from a new application. Please advise me what i can do. My CRS right now is back to 429 without nomination and i stand no chance to get PR again.

You would have mentioned this in LOE earlier . Anyways try to reach them now via contact web form and incldue all supporting docs/images along with LOE and if they take in consideration hopefully , they might ask to pay the application fee again ...

Do u think that they would reconsider my plead what are the chances

I have seen people commenting such from past years..that Ircc reopened the case and for some asked to pay the fee again..
Hope for the best and be prepared... May be they might ...accept..

we are facing similar issue as PCC rejected due to non-covering entire time period of stay. Can you please update if your application was opened? What happened to AINP nomination? we are sailing the same boat of rejection. Your reply would be appreciated.
