PR application mistake

I m from India. Myself and my husband have applied for the PR, with my husband being the primary applicant. But the mistake with application submission was the prrof of funds. There is sufficient funds for two people but instead of the savings n fixed deposits files, wrongly two same files have been uploaded.
Secondly, without having gone through the way the proof of funds should be submitted, we have uploaded the online bank statements without the proper bank letter head straight from our net banking.
So can someone help me with what has to be done to upload the right documents?? We have been loosing on time and it's been 2 months for the application submission n we realised it now
