Today is day 90 from your transfer :-/ It seems like LA is getting slower.... I think you should contact them given that if you sort by transfer dates you will notice that it seems like they skipped you...

Thanks SF 2005, I received my PPR today thank god!!...I wonder if we have to go to LA for stamping or could go to Buffalo if I wanted to do the in person stamping...any advice, anyone?

Just wanted to update you guys that after almost 2 years, they seem to have started processing my application on January 18, 2012. I just saw one line added to my online status to this effect today. I hope the rest of the process goes fast.

People with similar timeline to mine may expect some update soon.

I received my medicals on Dec 6th, not sure what the date was on the letter, but I received the forms in the mail on the 6th, did my medicals on Dec 12th and they received them in Ottawa on Dec 19th, hope this helps. I think out transfer to LA office dates are the same so you should receive PPR req soon as well...good luck..

Congratulations wznzu,
The PPR email should clearly state which VO is responsible for Visa stamping and also the address/time you could come for in-person stamping if you so choose. Since your application was processed and approved by LA, I would assume it is only them who would do the stamping.

If in doubt, contact the VO.

First AOR (Acknoledgement of Reciept) sent by CIO NS when you get this status : We received your application for permanent residence on March 26, 2010. as per your timeline.
so look the first letter you get from Central-intake office CIO NS.
