Did any one check the processing time of the application again they changed the processing time they went back to the previous one. looks interesting.... check this out..

we almost have similar case, mine too 0213 and transferred Oct 5, 2011 - hope for the best - I also did not see the details mentioning that the processing started or the application is being reviewed.

Thx erik, I am just watching urs because ur file transfer on 5th oct and mine on 14th oct. so by rule they should give news first to u. all the best and please update if you get any news from them. This is the only 1 way we can get some hope for our case

I am very anxious too. Detroit seems moving faster. It has been 1 month and have not heard anything - not even change to Processing start in ECAS.
Not sure if they give higher priority to FSW3 than to FSW1?

Hi erik,

It seems Los Angeles is slow. So far I heard that only two people got news from LA. Both persons file transfer on 28th sept. one is becksterd his status changed directly to Decesion Made and he didn't get any update from LA so far and one person status changed to In Process on oct 20.By looking their case it seems they are looking fiile in 3 weeks. but by looking ur case 4 weeks over. means again they are in sleep mode.

God please help us. my patience is over and I am very disappointed at this time

My initial application was Jan 19 2010, file tx'd to buffalo Mar 10 2010, file tx'd to LA Oct 14th 2011. No news yet...are they doing anything? No way to track file status...what is NOC code? Can someone please tell me?

When you applied FSW, you must have chosen one of the NOC codes listed in the Ministerial Instructions for FSW application at that time.
For example NOC 0213 is for Manager of Information Systems.
What is your NOC code?

erik based on NOc codes can we tell the FSW 1 , 2 or 3 ?
