PR Application - FEES

Hello again,

I have a question cause of the PR application fees, I am kind of confused, since my english is not the best. I want to make sure, that I understand correct, whats written on the CIC homepage. It is listed like below:

Sponsorship application (per application) $75

Principal applicant $475

Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner of the principal applicant, or where a transitional provision applies, a family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older $550

A family member of the principal applicant who is under 19 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner, or is 19 years of age or older who has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 19, due to a physical or mental condition $150

Where a transitional provision applies, a family member of the principal applicant who:
is under 22 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship, or
is 22 years of age or older and has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 22, due to a physical or mental condition $150



So in my case its only me and my Husband, who is the sponsor. Is that correct, that I order at CIC the first 2 AND the third one ? So 75$ + 475$ AND 550$ ? I am not sure about the third one.

no, the total amount of fees for 1 applicant is $1040. This includes the $75 sponsor fee, th $475 principle applicant fee and the $490 Right of permanent residence fee (Which you did not list). You can choose to pay the RPRF later when it's requested by CIC. The other two must be paid upfront in order for your application to be complete.

The "spouse" fee you are confused about is when BOTH spouses are being sponsored by a third individual. For your application, this fee does NOT apply.

ty rhcohen ! Thats very good to know, that the RPRF can be paid later. So I am about to order a receipt now at CIC and it brought me to Fees Receipt (IMM 5401). Does this include all 3 receipts I need ? So that I can pay first the 75$ and the 475$, include these in the application and after wards, when CIC requests it, the 490$ ?

I am so thankfull that I can ask here all my questions, since I want to make sure to send a perfect application and dont miss anything !

i don't know. i paid all my fees seperately, so i had 3 separate receipts. i'm not sure how it works if you pay them all at once. yes, i paid my RPRF when it was requested from the visa office. For ottawa, it did not cause any delay in my processing, as i received Decision Made and my COPR 2 weeks later.

I looked again and it is Receipt (IMM5401) for Sponsorship application (per application), Principal applicant, Right of Permanent Residence Fee. So I will order this and just put the fees receipt for RPRF on the side for now and just pay the other two.

Sorry, I just stumbled over an other question. Since I will include a Open Work Permit Application, I was just looking for a receipt for the OWP, it shows the same receipt I just orderd, IMM 5401. Can it be, that when i receive the ordered receipts, that there will be already a receipt for the OWP included ?
