PR application disappeared in PR Portal

Hi guys. Just opened the portal, we were in the middle of uploading the final documents to finally apply, but now it says there is no application ongoing..! Reading the comments I'm sure it's a generalized glitch (since you all posted less than 1 hr ago or today) but I hope it goes back to normal soon. I'm intending on sending it Monday morning
Please, let's keep in touch in case it backs to normal. I was lucky that I already printed my eCoPR, but now I can't see if photo was accepted or not.
Same here ! Yesterday, just initiated that am staying inside the canada in the portal and today planning to update the photo and address, but portal table row got disappeared and showing me to create a new application tile . After inside create new application it was asking me to fill the dropdown still the select dropdown have empty options.
Anybody face this issue in the PR portal today after noon ? Is that technical issue?

Facing the same issue!! no PR confirmation tab on my page, and I emailed them three times they cannot understand Have you solved?
Hi, I submitted my Permanent Residency application a couple of minutes ago. I uploaded a file in the Optional Documents section, but after paying the fee, I don't see the file in the Optional Documents section. Any idea how can this be fixed?
Hi buddy, yes!..Mine showed up again after 24/48 hours. Other members also noticed that it got back to normal after a while..logged in here to answer cause I know how distressful it can be. Hopefully you will see it again soon! Wait till the end of the week, then you panic if it’s not back haha cheers
Hey guys I know this is a old thread but:
My PR confirmation application from IRCC PR portal disappeared after browser refresh.
I received the P2 email, IRCC PR Portal email with temp password asking to sign in and provide with address and digital photo around 12:15 MDT on May 03, 2024.
I was initially able to sign in, change my password, confirm the declaration that I am inside Canada, and add my mailing address. When I reached to upload photo I added the .jpeg file and the portal validated my photo and no error message until this point. But after I check the box below it and hit ‘next’ I kept getting the error message saying “File did not upload”. I confirmed all the requirements for picture and the file was meeting all of that hence I tried multiple times and even made a copy and tried but same error message “File did not upload”. So I closed the browser, cleared cache and rebooted my laptop.
Since logging out after the first login, now whenever I am trying to login to provide my address and picture, I do not see my PR confirmation application anymore. Every time I login and click on ‘my application’ I do not see the application just says “create a new application” nothing else when I log back in.
