PR Application Additional Document Request

Hello! I was wondering if someone could help me out! I just submitted my application for permanent residency but received a request to upload an additional document. On the letter that cic sent me it mentions for me to upload my "Original CELPIP language proficiency results (online score reports and photocopies are not acceptable)". This is no problem as i have it, however since the application is all online the only way i can submit it is by scanning it onto my computer and uploading the file. Do you guys think this may be problematic given that the letter asks for original copies?

not an issue.. soft copy is enough.

Just scan the certificate and upload it.

They meant screenshot from celpip website or photocopy of original certificate is not accepted.

Hello House, please how do i upload additional document that has not been requested for by CIC.

I am in a common law union but once divorced. The divorce certificate just came out and would like to upload it as a proof of previous name used. How do I go about it please?
