The Annex A is at the bottom of your PPR email. Your account number is on it so its specific to you.

Hey Guys,

Just a Question about Annex A,

We have to make a print of that Annex A from the email ? and then fill it ?
Or we can just make our own format similar to the Annex A ?

What i am thinking is to copy and paste the Annex A from the email to Microsoft Word, make a print and then fill it.
What do you think, is that the rite way ?

Thanks,

Only annex A
It doesnt say anything abt sending copy of rmail...but i guess if u attach the email with passport nothing will make no difference.

Is in the bottom of your email.
It DOES NOT come as attachment is a regular form.

I already post it but it has ur personal specific information so u need to print it directly from ur email.

Got my passport stamped! Landing is the last step remaining :)

Good luck to everyone waiting for PPR and return of the passport.
