U only have to worry about pregnancy due to medical and ur papers will be delayed, having pregnant when ur DM is not even a big problem because by the time the baby will be out ur landed PR already and no need for them to be inform because the whole process is done

Thats what i was thinking just in case its confirmed...i always worries before things happen. But better to be 1 step ahead haha

I got my PPR today. However I have to go back home country for vocation from Dec 25 to Jan 19. CIC need us to send passports to them within 30 days. I don't think I can meet the deadline. Do you guys have any suggestions?

And yes the best thing is to call them and ask.
