Hello Tavlin,

when i applied i submit all police clearances at the beginning, but i got a reminder email for police checks after 7-8 months that i applied.

Recommendation:
if you have lived in United States of America and need your FBI check i recommend you to request it ahead as US take 3-4 months to send it to you, and cic usually give you 60 days to send them the police checks.

if you put in your forms that you live inside Canada when applying they will do verifications under that information and yes cic can request anytime any kind of documentation during your process/contact employer/school.

2 days ago I got Final Request letter :)

I have never got the request for a rcmp clearance, and for what I was able to see in my gcms notes, I am cleared for a rcmp trace. They did asked for the police clearance of the countries which you have resided since the age of 18, which I provided for me and my spouse along with the application. as a matter of facts that is a requirement for PNP under CIC.

If you have never sent such document, I strongly suggest you to get it asap, with a certified English translation (if not in English)
