PR applicant under PNP for the month of AUGUST 2015

I've received my GCMS notes last week (month after ordered)
Everything got passed in may apart from Security which is assigned but not yet started. Due date shows as November 17th.

My background check switched to in progres 2 weeks ago.

August applicants will see ppr in december as it seems. As cic changed processing times to 16 months a couple of weeks ago

I doubt about getting in December as Christmas holidays will be starting soon.

Well they do work in december. It is not like they take a full month off lol
And they did change estimated processing times to 16 months

I know they are going to work, but if you see June/July applicants, they are still waiting for PPR. So, can't say if we can get in December.

Well but on the other hand there are august applicants thst had ppr alreafy. Always depends on many factors

does anyone know about flag poling? I am from India and I dont have us visa but my friend told me that you dont need us visa to simply cross the border and come back to canada for PR purpose. Is this true? Also does anyone know whats the waiting time to get appointment at cic after ppr request? I havent got ppr request yet but just curious and planning ahead of time

yes this is correct. I've flag polled 2 times already to obtain work permits.
Its very simple.
You have to let us officer know that you would like to flag pole and return to Canada in order to change your status/activate PR. That you don't want to enter USA.
Hi will take your passport and ask you to go inside, then they will run you info, they might ask you to see your documents etc, after minute or so they will give you piece of paper and tell you to go back to Canadian side. There you just tell them that you would like to activate PR, they will ask you to go inside, check all papers and get the whole PR done.
Also if you are worried - flagpoling does not mean refusal of entry, if you ever want to apply for US visa.

Is that due date for Pr?

Does it matches the ppr request with the due date?
Does any one who have ppr matches the due date same time?

Can anyone help me how can I find the different steps to obtain the PR after the Provincial Nomination is obtained? Also if a province has 2 options OID and EE, how should I know the process and steps for each category?
