Just wondering about the following when I looked at your timeline. You submitted the application in July last year, you then received AOR in September. Your "received" date listed on https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app= should probably then be end July, beginning August right?

This means that you can enquire about your application end October as this will be 15 months, or am I missing something here?

Yes you are right Druce. My file was recd 4th of August by CIC.

I'm also 4th August applicant and AOR 9th October and my file is in Abu Dhabi VO. and still waiting for MR!! hope soon we get it, let us be aligned so we tell each other whenever it happened

Yes Sure Solimane I vl be in touch with you. Its just that I sometimes feel frustrated when I see that some applicants who applied much late than us have already recd the PPR also and we are still waiting for MR, so I don't visit the forum everyday.

Hey all,

Does anyone of august applicants got PPR already?

Im paper inland applicant...my ecas still in process, anyone knows if theres a way to know more abt how is going my file, i read some applicants link to my cic account their file but not sure if its only for the applicants through EE???


I read from June applicants that CIC stop asking for passports because of the Canada post strike?
Anyone knows if that is true?

Even if it is a paper based application, you would be able to link your paper based application in My CIC account. It has more updated info than "Check my application status" section. To do this, simply login to your MyCIC account and look for "Link Application to this Account" and fill in the required details. Once the system finds your application than it will ask whether you want to link.... Select that option and you would be able to see status....

Please help me with this situation. I have received email from Delhi immigration asking for medical for my wife but I am inland applicant. my wife came here on 19/sept/2016 on work permit. Email states that she has to submit all medical result to Delhi immigration and states form attached but did not get any attachment. Now, I am confused that how my wife's file transferred to India?

anyone in same boat?
Your help will be much appreciated.

Hi,

Only the visa office serving your country is responsible to process visa applications. Please send an email to the embassy and notify them that you did not receive any attachment as instructed in the message body you received.

Hi,

Before PR you'll be issued a visa and a confirmation of permanent residence. I don't know where the confusion is coming from? Everything is clear. Shoot the embassy an email and ask them to send the attachments.

Well confusion is we both are inland applicant. I have been here for 6 year and my spouse came on 19/Sept/2015. I called CIC regarding this and agent said they don't have any information. I already email Delhi embassy asking for attachment form.

I did not receive medical request but my spouse did from Delhi and she is inland too.
