Should I consider this reminder as Medical Request?

I got another reminder email (along with Medical reminder):
My timeline:

Application Filed - Aug 06 (CPC-Ottawa)
AOR - Nov 13
Reminder Email 1 - March 21st
RPRF, PCC submitted on March 22nd

Reminder Email 2 - Apr 22nd
Soft copy of PCC & IELTS asked for my wife
alongwith following reminders -

- MEDICALS: You and your dependents are required to be medically examined, if you did not do so already, please visit the office of a Panel Physician to undertake your medical examination as soon as possible. - RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENT FEE (RPRF): The Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) must be paid before a permanent resident visa can be issued. If you have not done so already, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. - PASSPORTS : Passports for you and all accompanying family members must be valid at the time of visa issuance. If your passports have expired or will be expiring within the next 6 months, you must apply for new passports as soon as possible and provide us with a copy of the passports at your earliest convenience. Do not submit the original passports until IRCC requests them.

Bottom Line - they expect us to do medicals even without proper Medical Request.

Yes you have to do your medicals now. Few of the june and july applicants got the same reminder email along with the medicals. So they called cic and cic told them to get their medicals done.

I have a question I have paid the fee need to update vis case specific enquiry as mentioned in the email

Do I need to select Oversees - PNP and write the brief comments

Secondly, DO I need to submit any cover page for UCI number, DoB, File #. with receipt or no need or I have to write on the same receipt then attach

because how do they know there no specific information on the receipt

with the 1st question, Yes I chose the Outland PNP even if I'm an Inland applicant.
2nd question, Yes I did make a cover page with my name, uci, date of birth and application number.

September 9 cic pr received
November 24 AOR
April 11 ppr request medical request and RPRF
April 22 acknowledgement of RPRF recept receival and medical recieved.

with CSE you can upload multiple attachments so no need to put them as one file you can upload the documents one by one.

I am Aug 27 applicant. AOR 19 Nov. Police clearance reminder on 15 Dec. After that no any reminder email that everyone else is receiving.

I think CIC has its own ways for every application. Don't worry. Lets wait and hope for the best.

August 31 inland paper based. Aor November 20th. No reminder yet.

I applied for PR on August 2015 like all of us here
And I didn't get MR
Should I wait for this email from CIC or I can book and make medical exam without email from them?
Fingerprints and police certificates were send to CIC on January 2016

here is my timeline, inland applicant. Cic received on august 26 2015. November 17 2015 got AOR. No reminder email and MR till today yet.
