Does the 15 months processing time apply from the date CIC received the file or from the date of status changed to In Process?

I just received a confirmation mail for sending additional document through case specific form as below..

Do they ask any specific supporting docs or just ..... RPRF receipt and update in the CSE profile thats it.....I think we should be ready we are after your batch .... kindly advice

No specific docs are required. It was same mail as others got. Because I didn't have the FBI criminal record when I submitted my application on Aug 2015, I sent it through CSE on Mar 21. And, I received the message that it will be added in the application yesterday.

Janedel...how many days after seding docs or paymnt fees u got confirmation from cic that they receive them.

I only received the automated reply but im worried since that has been 13 days and no confirm that they receive my fees receipt...thats thats the only doc i needed to submit.

Question...

Does anyone know if I should send a message through CSE to let them know that the police check of my citizenship country has been requested as the instructions of their webpage (as i needed to provide reminder email and fingerprits to canadian embassy in my country as their webpage instructions cause they will do it in my behalf).

Or just dont send them any msg????

I received a response from CSE too just today.

Same here, I got the response email from CSE - your documents have been attached to your application.

I raised two CSEs (One for PCC & other for RPRF) but I received only one response, not sure if I should expect one more.

Any idea guys?

Same here... I submitted my RPRF receipt through that Enquiry Forum 11 business days ago. Still haven't heard from them yet. I even sent another hard copy through mail just to be safe...

Same here... I submitted my RPRF receipt through that Enquiry Forum 11 business days ago. Still haven't heard from them yet. I even sent another hard copy through mail just to be safe...

Just got confirmation email saying they attach my docs...that mean the RPRF.
