Hello guys

I am Aug 7 applicant and got AOR on Nov 13, 2015.Just today (March 21, 2016) I got a reminder email from CIC, which asked about to send

1)Passport 2) Police clearance 3) Schedule 4) Right of permanent residence fee(RPRF).Though they mentioned , if I completed all this requirement then ignore this email. My concern is during the time of application I sent all the info about passport, police clearance, and Schedule but not RPRF.

What I KNOW I NEED TO PAY RPRF before my PR visa approved. But I haven't get the medical call yet.So do I need to pay the RPRF now or after medical request ? is this protocol common or i have specifically sent this.

Are you getting also the reminder email and do I need to pay the RPRF FOR ME AND MY WIFE TOO,as she is my spouse and under the application she is also a candidate. Please if possible let me know.

you have to pay as well as your dependents your RPRF even without medical request yet. CIC does MR after RPRF.

I have received reminder email too just few minutes ago.

But only for adult dependants not for children.
So rprf for you and the wife but not your kids if you have any

August 11th inland Applicant, Nov. 13th FN

Got my reminder email today. I read in other thread that do a upfront medical exam after you receive the reminder email will actually speed up your application.
Your Ecas status will change to "medical results is received " earlier than your peers.

Any thoughts? Does anyone heard about this idea before?

I think it's a good idea.

Hi experts,

I got my reminder email in below format. I applied my federal application in Aug-2015.
I have submitted all police Check with the application. Do I need to get police check again as mentioned in reminder email.

This refers to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada.
THIS IS A REMINDER EMAIL - PLEASE READ EACH SECTION CAREFULLY TO SEE IF IT APPLIES TO YOUR APPLICATION.
FOR ANY DOCUMENTATION OR CORRESPONDENCE YOU SEND, PLEASE INCLUDE A COVER PAGE THAT LISTS YOUR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, UCI AND APPLICATION NUMBER.

PASSPORTS
Passports for you and all accompanying family members must be valid at the time of visa issuance. If your passports have expired or will be expiring within the next 6 months, you must apply for new passports as soon as possible. You can send a Copy of the Biodata Page (page with photograph and name) to the following addresses below.

POLICE CERTIFICATES
If you have not already done so, provide Original Police Certificates from each country and territory where you lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18, for you and all family members over 18. If you delay in sending in these police certificates your application will be delayed.

MISSING SCHEDULE A INFORMATION
If you have a copy of the application you submitted please review the application in particular the schedule A Background information. Section 8 Personal History and Section 12 Addresses must cover the 10 year history prior to your submitting your application or beginning at the age of 18 whichever is the most recent. If you left gaps in the dates and they do not cover the entire period send in a newly completed Schedule A to provide complete information. If there are gaps in your personal history or gaps in your address history your application will be delayed.
All family members over 18 must have a Schedule A with the above listed information.

RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENT FEE (RPRF)
This is reminder that if your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding, you must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.
Delaying the payment of the RPRF will delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS MENTIONED ABOVE YOU CAN IGNORE THIS LETTER.

it says "if you have not already done so", but if you already did submit your police clearance with you application then i guess you don't have to do it again.

I've sent RPRF fee through CSE as well as email to Ottawa.
I've also sent my PCCs through another CSE.

I'm not sure whether I should send these documents through physical mail also.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
