I just called CIC and asked the status of my application coz my ecas status was showing Decision made. The call center agent said that the decision has been made and you will get an email in couple of weeks time. But I am more tensed now as he didn't say approved, he just said decision made. ???

Don't worry. It usually means approved.
If it's rejected, they'd have sent you a Procedural Fairness Letter, which is a chance to explain.

Yupp buddyyy,,, big relief!!!
I called cic on friday , the agent was really nice to me. I told him my application has been passed processing time and then he took all of my info and put me on hold for 2-3 minutes to check status of my application. Then he said congratulations ur application has approved just 16 mins ago. Then on satrday morning my ecas shows decision made and today 7 in the morning i got final email. Really happy now.
