Hi. I’m currently under live in caregiver program and my work permit expires on July 4 2019. I recently applied for PR for interim pathway and open work permit. My temporary resident visa (TRV) expires on October 2019.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, my dad died. So, i need to go home in Philippines with my employer’s permission.
Im just worried that I might not be able to come back to Canada anymore or the officer in Canada immigration will hold me because my application is on process. I plan to come back to Canada before my work permit expires.
Will i be able to come back to Canada without problems? Or is there anything i can/need to do so i will not be hold in the immigration?
