PR has become difficult. Now there are two ways for international students one PNP and second express entry. Express entry is points based system and very unpredictable. PNP changes a lot depending on provinces. well most jobs skilled and non skilled require french. if it is a service provider then its a law that service should be provided in both official languages (french and english).
