I want to ask whether pr is possible after passing out from colleges in Ontario if someone goes for 2 yrs course in it field?
As every agent drags the students to Ontario collegez

Because Ontario college gives higher comissions as compare to other provinces

Ofcourse it is possible. But not easy due to higher number of applicants.
Prefer some other province as IT courses are available in other provinces as well.

PR has become difficult. Now there are two ways for international students one PNP and second express entry. Express entry is points based system and very unpredictable. PNP changes a lot depending on provinces. PNP change frequently so it may not remain the same by the time u graduate(2 years) so dont fully depend on PNP
below is links to PNP

Cant name many as I'm from mechanical background. But one of my friends is pursuing mobile application development program at CEGEP, Montreal.

PNP at Quebec is relatively easier if you can learn French(DELF-B1)

Do some research buddy, I'm sure you'll find more.

well most jobs skilled and non skilled require french. if it is a service provider then its a law that service should be provided in both official languages (french and english). People have rarely found jobs without knowing french though there do exist english only jobs.
