Is that in your CIC account or in ECAS? My CIC says Submitted while ECAS says Decision Made.

I also called today and they said my passport is also in queue for printing but my application status is still not changed to approved. I'm secondary applicant FSW-Outland my passport was rcieved at CPC Ottawa on 27th May.

When was your passport received by CIC Ottawa? Do they send any confirmation or it's just a delivery notification from Canada Post?

You can just track using Canada post tracking number .. there's no notification

My passport delivered to Ottawa on 29 May, i sent mine from US, not sure on the delivery notification from Canada Post. CIC agents can confirm on the status
