It comes in an email. GC Key shows nothing, but the ecas system shows "Decision Made" for the principal applicant either right before or right after that email.

Did you get your PPR in your email?

It's entirely by email to the principal applicant. The actual letter is a PDF attachment.

ECAS changes to decision made while gckey stays the same, still saying "we are processing...".
