PPR letter arrived !!

Hi, i just got my PPR letter now i instead of mailing and waiting for another 30-35 days i am planning to send my friend as my representative to Buffalo, NY.

Does anybody has any such experience here ? do u think its OK to send a representative ? can they raise any such issues ?

I am just thinking to write a small authorization letter with my signature and hand over it to my friend.
