Have you been able to contact IRCC about an extension to your deadline at least?

What time frame did they give your for renewing your passport from UAE?

1. First of all, inform IRCC about your situation. Tell your visa office you need to renew your passport and will require an extension.

2. Contact your embassy and explain your situation. Apply for passport renewal and ask for the expedite/urgent service. If no quick service is available, ask them politely to do the best they can.

3. Wait for your new passport and send it to the VO as soon as you get it.

Your immigration application is almost done. You just need to get your passport stamped with a visa and get your COPR.

I followed your advice and managed to renew my passport in two weeks.
The good news that I have submitted on time.
The bas news that on Nay 17th I emailed CIC to detail my case and on May 29th I informed them that ny new passport has a number of xyz but both emails got no replies.
Pray for me that the visa officer will not just reject and he would find a solution.

There is no bad news here. They will not reject it, they would have preferred to get your new passport with blank pages anyway. Do not worry. Good to know you submitted on time.

Just a quick question, I paid my rprf on 29th April and waiting for my PPR but my passport expires on 14th Dec 2016, will there be any issue if my passport validity is less than 6 months at the time of stamping.Because after June 13th my passport validity will be under 6 months.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

These are 2 points from my PPR email :
"There must be at least two blank pages in each passport."
"We are unable to issue a visa beyond the expiry date in your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months."

My advice would be to send them a CSE explaining your situation. If your application is ready for it, they might send you an early PPR or else ask you to get a renewal of passport.

I applied for the passport at the embassy and made ny family receive it from Egypt to make it faster.
They sent it back to me and I got the visa stamped on the new one

since you got the new passport already, maybe it's a better idea to send both the old and the new one together.

PS. Glad to know that the UAE PCC worked for you eventually
was it the same as the one I sent to you over whatsapp?
