I'm sure there are many who'd want to know the answer. After we receive our medical examination request, is it possible to inform the CHC about the delay in taking the examination due to unforeseen reasons. Such as a business travel, etc. Do they consider such a request and grant the approval? Please do let me know.

Yes u can write them about the scenario and they will surely consider that .

If u are a frequent reader of the forum u can see people r facing many problems.Even i faced the problem like that .

My medical examination appointment date was 8th may but it was postponed because of DMP's problem.Dont worry

even if its ur problem write them an explanation letter it would be fine but u have to face unnecessary delay in ur

case processing.

I don't think that it is a good idea to postpone the medical examination.
If you are traveling, i think you can do it at any dmp at your travel destination.
They give you enough time to plan where and when to take it.
My advice is, try your best to do it ASAP.

Thanks Khans and w_aamr.You guys solved a huge dilemma. I understand that the delay may be avoidable, but it's better to keep the CHC informed about your status. Thank you so much yet again, good folks.
