Hi everyone,
I know my question sounds very dumb but I am so confused even though I have done my research, so I guess the best way to get an answer is to ask experts in this forum.
I am currently holding a BBA degree in hotel management, I would like to study Human Resource Management as it is now considered a "hot" job in Ontario hoping one day I can get a PR (which is my ultimate goal) after my study However, between Postgraduate and MBA, I don't know which programs I should opt for as there are pros and cons for each? Here are two scenarios:
1. Do 1 postgraduate in HRM, and then another one in another major so that I can get 3 yr PGWP. I see there are more pros than cons to do choose this option. First, the tuition is cheaper and secondly, I will have 2 degrees in different fields.
2. Do 2 yr MBA program to get 3 yr PGWP. I see more cons in this. First, the tuition is more expensive. Secondly, it is harder for an MBA holder to find a job, especially, to me as I have no previous HR experience.
So what should I opt for?
Any reply would be much appreciated!!!
