    sure you can, I myself got it in 19 days last year, but that was a trend that time for 10% of the applications. so you can say that very few applications still have a chance to be processed in a month or 2.

    Hello I only know about India and Canada, whereas, you can choose any of the 1st 2 methods if you are not in Canada. Personally i would suggest to go in person to VAC.
