This is not a proof of language proficiency. Several immigrants lived here for several years working for Canadian companies and still can't speak proper English. You need to go the straight route and that is through a CIC approved testing center. I had a letter from the University specifically stating my English level skills, plus I had an IELTS score of more than 8.
