Post PPR urgent query

Dear friends, do I need to submit valid study permit document with passport? Ppr letter asks to submit expired passport if it has a valid study or work permit. I will submit the expired passport but should I submit the study permit as well? Also I left the program over 3 months ago, didnt finish it, so it should be invalid by this time, right? Please reply

For PPR request, only photo, original passport (if you are from a country that needs visa to enter Canada), empty envelope (prepaid) and address is required....nothing else.

hi, thanks for your response the ppr letter says if you have valid study or work permit in your expired passport, please submit. My study permit is valid by date upto September, but as i left my program more than 3 months ago, it should be invalid by now, so in a dilemma :/

My ppr letter didn't say any such thing therefore it is new to me. Therefore, I should let someone who is familiar with such as an issue answer this. However, my opinion is there is no harm in submitting the permit....you can submit a letter of explanation to explain your situation....just an opinion. If it's invalid, they will return it.

Did you applied for Study Permit just to extend your stay in Canada and it was not genuine?

If answer to above question is No, then why just not send your study permit and explain that you left the course!

i already explained it in my LOE, i left before AOR.
