Hi all,

I haven't posted much in this forum, but I just got my status updated to "Decision Made" (surprising, since the CIC site advises updates are on Tuesday). Timeline is as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on August 11, 2014.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 4, 2014.
We started processing your application on November 5, 2014.
Medical results have been received.

I did my medicals in May 2015 without Medical request in order to try and speed things up. I'm living in Canada and exempt from entry visa requirements.

Just wanted to share this as - like many here - it feels like I've been waiting an eternity, and watching applicants with later AOR dates get approved. For those still waiting, hang in there!

I just came to Canada last night on WP. Call center said to send my passports here and wife's to New Delhi office. Waiting for Ottawa to get back on that.

Just a comment on this one: I did exactly the same thing and cic took 4 business days to show ECAS medical received.

My ECAS medical received on 03-14
