Though, 7 weeks its amazinly long... :-\, I wouldn't not like to wait for so long, after more than a year since my application was recived by Mississagua.

I just had one a vacation,(June) a whole month in Italy with hubby ;D.

Hi I.N. thank you yes I am looking forward to seeing my hubby again, it will only be for 1 week, I miss him so.. I also came on to tell everyone that the MP called me about half hour ago. Ottawa said there is a bring forward date on our file of August 23.... which means they will have no new updates from Detroit till then.. Now having said that they also said the email stating that the extension was approved was sent to Detroit about one week ago. so the ball is in Detroit's hands now. all they have to do is print and put into envelope.. Ottawa said it wont mean that things arnt happening just because they dont have the update. UGH I just have to hang in , am so hoping detroit will just finish this now.. That is it for me for now. I'll be back with any changes and also to see what is happening with you all. oh P.s. Ottawa said we are still within the processing time? I thought Detroit was 8months? I think we have passed that, our year is up in September. I Don't even know anymore.

Hi everyone, checked ecas last Tuesday and my hubbies current address has now been changed to mine. it is another step forward, but still no paper work yet. .. its like a roller coaster.. just wanted to update you all. any news for you guys yet?

Its a good progress. I am very sure you will hear some in this week. I know its sad and disappointing when you know everything is good and yet not hear anything. That is the most frustrating part of the whole process. I know how it feels like but the final decision is on its way in this week.

I have sent off my passport to London vo from Sweden about 12 days ago, so they said i should expect to be with it for six weeks but i think it wont take that long. Hope i will get it at the end of this month if no delays or anything else.

As for me no news, I feel I have no patience left... .

I am thinking to go down to Bucharest and visit the Embassy every day until I get an answer, but I don't think will be such a great idea, probably my presence there will not speed up things at all...

I need to have a little bit more patience and hope for the best.
