The status of additional documents changed from "We need additional documents" to " we are reviewing additional documents". In how much time the review is done?
Does it mean that they are processing my application or its a temporary status irrespective if file if being processed or not?

The additional documents I have submitted are the once which were submitted after medical i.e. passport bio pages, RPRF fee receipit.
