100% PPR without a doubt.. You should be able to see in mycic the outcome. It will say approved. PPR happens concurrently with DM or week or two at the maximum from what I have seen with inland applicants. Cherish this moment of getting DM and dont let anything overshadow your joy of becoming a Canadian PR. Samjho apka tip toe India me hai sirf, baki pahuch gaye Canada.

They seem to have improved processing for inlands. Medical cleared on Feb 15 and BGIP early this week. A lot of Dec, few Jan have received PPRs so hopeful about getting one soon.
